License is only part of the budget
The client buys the Bitrix24 license directly (we help pick the plan). Cost depends on user count and modules. Without a license, implementation makes no sense — it is a separate line item.
Configuration and processes
Main studio work:
- audit of current sales and support;
- pipeline, fields, and permissions design;
- robots, smart processes, notifications;
- training for key users.
Timeline: 2–4 weeks for a basic pipeline to 1–2 months for complex automation.
Integrations
Common add-ons:
- website forms and leads;
- ERP / accounting;
- telephony, email, Telegram;
- custom reports and marketplace apps.

Post-launch support
The first month after go-live is adjustment time. Budget a block of hours for technical support or process evolution.
How to get an estimate
We do not quote "from the ceiling" without a brief. Short call, process checklist, phased range — then fixed scope in the contract.
