Mini App is a frontend shell. You still need your API: auth via Telegram, inventory, payments, CRM sync. We often pair Mini Apps with Laravel backends and Bitrix24.

DAU, completion rate of key flows, drop-off on payment, time-to-first-value. Treat it as a product surface, not a gimmick.
