Why “website from $300” and “website from $5000” can both be true
Price depends on business goals, design depth, frontend quality, backend, integrations, and who updates content later. A cheap template builder and a custom Laravel site with CRM are different products — even with the same page count.
At 3VStyle we quote a range after a short brief, not a headline “from” price — because without scope the number misleads.
What goes into the estimate
1. Structure and UX — sitemap, user flows, copy (or a brief for a copywriter). Without this, you get a pretty business card with no conversion.
2. Design — custom layout, responsive UI, design system. Marketplace templates are cheaper but look generic and are harder to extend.
3. Frontend — speed, accessibility, forms, motion. This affects SEO and ad bounce rate.
4. Backend and CMS — Statamic, Laravel, WordPress, or a tailored admin. Managers should edit text without calling a developer.
5. Integrations — CRM, Bitrix24, payments, ERP, Telegram, analytics. Each connection is a separate line item.
6. Launch — domain, hosting, SSL, baseline analytics, backups.
7. Support — fixes, updates, monitoring, technical support. A site without support is only cheaper on day one.

Figures are order-of-magnitude guides, not a price list. Exact numbers follow the brief.
| Type | Timeline | Budget (guide) |
|---|---|---|
| Landing page for one offer or campaign | 2–4 weeks | from €800–1,500 |
| Corporate site 5–15 pages, CMS, blog | 1–3 months | from €2,000–5,000 |
| Service catalog with filters, forms, CRM | 2–4 months | from €4,000–8,000 |
| Online store catalog, cart, payments | 3–6 months | from €6,000–15,000+ |
| Portal / client area / SaaS | from 2 months | custom |
Western EU/US agencies often charge 2–4× for comparable stacks. A local team with clear communication in Russian or English can be a better fit for regional businesses.
Hidden costs people forget
- Domain (.md, .com, .eu) — €10–30/year
- Hosting — from €5–50/month depending on traffic
- Content — photos, copy, RO/RU translation
- SEO after launch — technical audit and content plan
- Ads — a site does not replace traffic
What keeps cost down without cutting corners
- ready page structure and copy from the client;
- phased launch: MVP first, then catalog and integrations;
- reusable design components;
- fixed scope in the contract.
What drives cost up
- “Make it like competitor X but better” with no references;
- scope changes mid-project;
- ten integrations “later”;
- fully custom design on every page from scratch.
How we estimate
- Short call or contact form.
- Checklist: site type, pages, integrations, languages, deadline.
- Phased range (design → frontend → backend → launch).
- Fixed scope in the contract.
